This article had to be added so that the Category "Community Forum" has a posted article, allowing the black box called "Community" to be seen by all users.
This is the note from Zendesk article:
Note: If you are using a category box to display a custom link, you must ensure that category contains at least one section that is visible to your intended audience, and the section must contain at least one published article. Any categories that don't fulfill this model will be hidden from end-users. You might use some redirect methods and/or hide these pieces of content as you see fit.
